Grand Cascades is a suburban area (based on population density) in Suwanee, Georgia. The majority of the homes were constructed between 1995 and 2007 and have a typical real estate price of more than $723,000 there. Exterior finishes for the majority of the homes are hard-coat stucco or stone.
